When you book a haul or dumpster rental, we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup address, photos of the load, and payment info (payment info is processed by Stripe — we never see your card number). Waitlist signups collect a phone or email. Ribbon-cutting RSVPs collect a name and phone/email. Realtor partners provide a name, brokerage, email, and phone.

We share the minimum necessary with our service providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend / Emergent Integrations (email), Slack (internal dispatch pings), Cloudflare / hosting (site delivery), and Google/Nominatim/OSRM (routing & geocoding). We never sell your data. We only hand info to law enforcement if legally compelled.

The photos you and our crew take on a completed job may appear on /gallery. Only your first name is shown — no address, no phone, no last name. Ask us to remove your card any time (reply to your confirmation email or text us).

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to the crew dashboard, and browser localStorage to remember whether you've already dismissed the grand-opening splash or anniversary popup. No third-party ad trackers.

Reply STOP to any Bye-Bye Buckeye text to unsubscribe from all further texts. Transactional confirmations (booking receipt, dispatch alerts) will still arrive via email. Reply HELP for support info. Message & data rates may apply. Frequency varies by booking activity.

Email support@byebyebuckeye.com from the address on file and we'll pull your record, let you correct anything wrong, and delete on request (except invoices we're required to keep for tax purposes). We respond within 7 business days.

The service is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Any update to this policy is timestamped at the top of the page and — if the change is material — emailed to customers on file.
