Who we are

Bye-Bye Buckeye is a licensed, insured, locally-owned junk removal and roll-off dumpster rental service based in Bowling Green, Ohio, serving Wood County and surrounding NW Ohio. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

Service scope

We haul household junk, yard debris, appliances (subject to fee), construction debris, and other non-hazardous material. We do not take: hazardous waste, oil/paint/solvents, asbestos, medical waste, tires beyond the first four, or anything we're legally barred from transporting. If we arrive and the load is out of scope, we'll leave it and only charge our trip fee.

Trucks & rentals

Every haul is done by our crew. For bigger jobs we may roll up in a rented U-Haul instead of a marked truck — same crew, same-day, same quoted price. You will always know a real Bye-Bye Buckeye employee is on-site.

Quotes & final price

Online quotes are estimates. The final price is confirmed on arrival based on volume, weight, and any hazardous or fee items. If the on-site price differs from the quote by more than 10%, you may decline the job with only the trip fee owed.

Payments

We accept credit/debit via Stripe, gift cards, and (on approval) cash or check. Payment is due at completion of the haul or on drop-off of the dumpster. Late-return fees on dumpsters accrue per day as disclosed at booking.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Free cancellation or reschedule up to 4 hours before your confirmed window. Same-day cancellations under 4 hours may be charged a $30 trip fee.

Promo & referral codes

Promo codes (OPEN-XXXX, BBB1YEAR, etc.) and neighbor referral codes are single-use per booking unless stated. Realtor client discounts stack with a neighbor referral for a combined savings up to 15%. We reserve the right to void codes obtained fraudulently.

Photos & the public recap

After a haul completes, we may publish the before/after photos you provided (and the ones our crew snaps) on our public gallery at /gallery. Only your first name is ever shown — no address, no phone, no last name. If you'd rather not appear, reply to the confirmation email or text us and we'll pull the card.

SMS communication

When you provide a phone number, you consent to receive transactional and marketing texts from Bye-Bye Buckeye about your booking, dispatch, review requests, share-recap links, and occasional promos (grand opening, anniversary). Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time — you'll still get transactional confirmations to the email on file.

Liability

We carry general liability insurance. We're not liable for damage to items marked for haul-away, pre-existing damage to your driveway or lawn, or delays caused by weather, traffic, or acts of God. Report any crew-caused damage within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business grows. Continued use of the site after we post an update means you accept the new terms.
